For reservation

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 15:00~22:00
Check-out by 10:00
If you should arrive after 22:00, please let us know in advance.

Can I cancel or change my reservation free of charge?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night of the reservation.

I will be arriving after 22:00. Is it possible to do a late check-in?

We will inform you of the electronic number at the entrance of the hotel and your room number 3 days before your stay.
The room key will be left open, so please stay as is.
Please check in at the front desk the next morning.

Is it possible to check-in after hours?

Check-in before 15:00 is possible only if the room is available at the following rates.

  •  7 o'clock  9 o'clock 

  •  9:00 to 11:00    4,400 yen

  • 11:00 to 13:00   3,300 yen

  • 13:00 to 14:00   2,200 yen

Is it possible to extend the check-out time?

  • Next morning from 10:00 to 11:00 1,100 yen

  • 11:00 to 12:00 2,200 yen

  • From 12:00 to 13:00 3,300 yen

  • From 13:00 to 14:00 4,400 yen

  • One night after 14:00

Is it possible for 3 people to stay in a double room?

The architect is particular about 4.5 tatami mats in order to convey the Japanese lifestyle, and since it is a room functionally designed for two people, it is not possible to stay with more than three people.

Due to the architect's intention, the stairs in the building are skeleton, and the stairs to the roof are also steep, so it is dangerous for children under elementary school age alone. We do.

  • Children under elementary school age (0-12 years old) are not allowed to stay.

Can I reserve a jacuzzi reservation in advance?

We will inform you of the reservation in the order of check-in.

For reservations of 5 rooms or more, we only accept emails.

What is the price for children?

Prices for children 13 and older are the same as adults.
Due to the design of the stairs and rooftop, there are places that are dangerous for children under elementary school age, and the dinner menu is for adults. Children under the age of 12 are not accepted for accommodation.)

You can leave it before check-in. Please contact us in advance if you wish to send your parcel by mail.

Can I keep my luggage after check-out only on the same day?

Is it possible to leave my luggage after check-out?

Can I use a credit card or QR code payment?

Only VISA and Master cards can be used as credit cards.
We are sorry, but we do not support QR code payment.

Do you have free amenities?

Toothbrushes, razors, shaver gels, lotions, hair ties, ear plugs, and shower caps are available free of charge.
In addition, a shoe dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.

Is there a parking lot?

Our hotel does not have a parking lot.
The closest coin parking is next to our inn.
There are several other parking lots in the surrounding area, so please ask the staff at check-in.

Do you have a coin laundry/laundry service?

A washing machine and a dryer are available on the 5th floor.
The washing machine is 200 yen once, and the dryer is 100 yen for 15 minutes.
Laundry detergent is sold at the front desk for 50 yen.
Laundry service is not available.

Can I eat and drink what I bring in in the lobby on the first floor?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from eating or drinking anything you bring in during restaurant business hours.

Do you have a refrigerator in the room?

There is a shared refrigerator on each floor.
Please use that.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
There are ashtrays in the smoking area on the porch on the 1st floor and on the terrace on the 5th floor.
Please refrain from smoking anywhere else.

Do you have a safe in the room?

It is not in your room.
Valuables can be kept at the front desk depending on the size.

Do you have yukata and bath towels?

Free of charge.
Yukata is available in S, M, and L sizes.
There are bath towels and hand towels in the room.

Do you have Western-style rooms or rooms with beds?

I'm sorry.
All rooms at our inn are Japanese-style with futons.

Do you have a curfew?

When you check in, we will give you a card key for the entrance, so if you use that card key, you can enter the building 24 hours a day.

Are there toilets and baths in the rooms?

All rooms in the hotel do not have toilets or baths.
There are shared toilets and shared shower rooms on each floor.
There is a private jacuzzi on the 4th floor, so please use it.

At which time does breakfast begin?

Breakfast is served from 7:00AM to 9:00AM (last order).

Can I order dinner and breakfast on the same day?

Dinner cannot be ordered on the same day due to stock availability.
Breakfast can be ordered the day before.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are very sorry, but for customers with strong allergies, there is only one kitchen and we cannot provide dedicated equipment and space, so we recommend a plan without meals.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is a 7-Eleven within a 3-4 minute walk.
