Summer Trip Part 2

2010.09.01

I visited to Kamo shrine in this time in Kyoto. Kamo shrine has been designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
There is very calm and nice atmosphere. Shinto priest explained me politely about this shrine and history and it was good experience. After that I walked down for Kamo river side. There are many riverside restaurants and they open balconies looking out to the river. I saw Maiko-san when I walked small street and she is very beautiful!
I went to Arashiyama which is district on the western outskirts of Kyoto. It also refers to the mountain across the Ōi River, which forms a backdrop to the district.
It was my fast time to visit to there! There are also many temple and shrine so we visited to some places.
Main street is a lot of survenior shop, restaurant and cafe. It makes me fun and I spend time a lot at there.
I like green tea sweets so I enjoyed a lot of sweets in kyoto :)
Kyoto has a lot of attractive places so I do not have time to visiting Kyoto for few days.
I want to visit less than once a year and know about Kyoto very much!!
