I went to Roppongi Hills with friends! We went to there from 4pm to 7pm so we could see sun set view and night time view from observtion deck!! It was very clear and could see Mt. Fuji!! Also it was magnificent view. There is one of my favorite place. I highly recommend to go there to see tokyo view in winter season because you can see both side view in short time!!
