Sakura! Sakura! Sakura !
I could see a lot of cherry blossoms in Ueno area. I had a special opportunity at Yushimatenmangu where is very famous place of Pl am trees. They were only trees because it was finished in February but I saw many full of cherry blossoms across the main street. I love so much Springs during a year. I envy a couple having a wedding in there. They were so happy in a beautiful day.

週末、偶然に湯島天神で結婚式を見る事ができた。新婦さんの真っ白な着物と黒の羽織、黒と白の袴の新郎さん。何度見ても、美しい光景だ。これから、新しい船出をする日にふさわしい一日だった。天神さんの梅はもう裸木だけだったけれど、春日通りの反対側の道路は満開の桜だった。合格祈願のお礼参りも終わり、参拝客も少ない中、本堂の中はひと際明るく、二人の旅立ちを数分間一緒に味わうことができた。
教会で挙げる結婚式も素敵だけれど、神社で挙げる結婚式も素晴らしい。
忍ばずの池もこの様に満開、満開の桜のアーチを抜けるとボート乗り場、順番を待つ人で行列ができていた。何十年前だろう、この池ですっぽんの赤ちゃんを拾いあげて、家に持って帰り、水槽で飼ってみたものの、数日で死なせてしまった。名前は「ニッポン。」くだらないけど、すっぽんのニッポン。名前気かなり気に入ってた。
拾ってこなければ、この池で大日本なんて名前で親しまれてたかも？

The right side picture is the Shinobazu pound. A lot of people had party under the trees. I felt a little cold but the weather was not bad.
