“Iriya plus cafe” is my favorite and I often visit there before/after working : ) It’s located just next station to Minowa. Because of this lovely weather in autumn, I reccommend you bicycle riding to Ueno park and stop at Iriya plus to have a cup of coffee. Please also try their amazing pancake : ) We have 2 rental bicycles at Andon Ryokan. Enjoy beautiful autumn in Tokyo! : )
