**Please keep in mind that all the rooms at Andon are the same size and that they are designed to accomidate 2 adults.
How much is the charges for children?
There will be additional charges for children under the age of 11 due to the small size of our rooms and the fact that the rooms are not suitable for children. We apologise for the inconvenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
*No-show or cancellation within 3 days of arrival will be charged a one night fee to your card.

The best and the cheapest way to get to Andon from Narita Airport,
please take Keisei Line limited express train to Ueno station
( all train is terminated at Ueno), takes about 75 min , costs 1000 yen.
Change at Ueno for subway Hibiya line to Minowa station, takes 4 min, costs 160 yen.

Please take Tokyo mono rail from Haneda airport to Hamamatsucho station, takes about 19 minutes, costs 470 yen. Change at Hamamatsucho station for JR Yamanote line to Akihabara station, takes about 9 minutes, costs 150 yen. Please take Hibiya line to Minowa sta, takes about 7 minutes, costs 160 yen. It will be take about 54 min.

Can you keep my luggage before the check in time ?
If you happen to arrive before the check in time of 3pm you may leave your luggage with our Andon staff for safe keeping.
Can you keep my luggege during my travel?
Your luggage may be kept at Andon free of charge whilst you travel witihn 2 weeks if you are continuing an Andon reservation on your return.
A small fee of \500 for large luggage and \200 for small luggage apply if you are not continuing your stay at Andon.
How can I order break fast? Do I need to reserve?
Breakfast will be served between 7am and 10.30am. So feel free to order when you are seated in our dining area. No reservation is required.
Is there a room with toilet and shower?
Our toilet and shower facilities are shared amongst our guests although each level of Andon has

- women and mens toilets
- and bathroom amenities.
You will be given a key card to enter if you happen to arrive after our closing time of 10pm.
Yes, we accept credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. You may also use your credit card details as a holding deposit for your reservations until payment is organised upon your arrival. Japnese Yen is also excepted, we do not accept travellers cheques and other currency.
The Jacuzzi is available for guests between 4pm and 10pm upon reservation which can be made at our service desk.
Reservations made over 1 month in advance will be required to give a re-confirmation 7 days prior to their stay at Andon otherwise it will be canceled your reservation.
Reservations made over 2 month in advance will be required to give a re-confirmation 14 days prior to their stay at Andon otherwise it will be canceled your reservation.
