Buckwheat flowers

2010.10.31

Have you ever seen soba flower before? Soba is a type of thin Japanese noodle made from buckwheat flour. It is served either chilled with a dipping sauce, or in hot broth as a noodle soup. I took this picture in front of my house! I like Soba noodle very much. I am very glad to be in blossom of the buckwheat flower close to my house. I had made Soba with the school exercise when I was child so I know that it was so hard to make it!  I like nature and always appreciate it.
