We have Origami(holding paper) class at Adon every second of Thursday in a month.

This time, we made Kabuto(warrior’s helmet) which was displayed for Children’s day on the 5th of May.

Two of our guests,Annelee and Grant from US joined us and we enjoyed together. I hope this experience will remain in their memories of honeymoon : )

I bought a cream bun and as you can see the picture, there is a panda on it : )

I really loved it, so cute!!  I got it at ”Andersen” in Ueno station. They have many styles of bread and sweets with panda. I didn’t want to eat it but it was good!

fresh vivid green!

I enjoyed full-blown sakura in Ueno park just few days ago. I also had dinner with my friend at Ueno today and just dropped into the park before an appointment. I was so surprised that the color in the park was totally changed from beautiful light pink to fresh vivid green..! The fresh young leaves has appeared after sakura there. It was absolutely beautiful and vigorous! : )

I ate “mitarashi-dango”. It’s a typical japanese sweet!  There are many tastes but this is my favorite : )

It made from rice powder then covered with sweet sauce and it matchs green tea.

I love this springy texture!! Yuka
